To our Scituate Oral Surgery Parents and Patients,
We hope this letter finds you and your family in good health. Our community has been through a lot over the last few months, and all of us are looking forward to resuming our normal habits and routines. While many things have changed during this situation regarding COVID-19, one thing has remained the same: our commitment to your safety.
You may see some changes when it is time for your next appointment. We made these changes to help protect our patients and staff. For example:
- When you call for your initial appointment you will be asked screening questions.
- We will require you to call from your car when you arrive. A staff member will come down to take your temperature (and escorts), and ask you screening questions.
- When you are brought up for your appointment, we do require you to wear your masks and use generously the hand sanitizers displayed through out the office.
- As we are screening carefully and using extra caution to protect both our staff and patients, appointment times will be scarcer, but booked as soon as possible.
Starting May 25th we are seeing all urgent and soon-to-be urgent patients to the best of our ability while maintaining safety precautions. Elective surgeries such as implants/bone grafting/botox/sinus lifts etc. will be booked as soon as it is safe to do so per our state. We are so sorry for this inconvenience, and you can reach out to us at Scituate Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Phone Number 781-545-6565 with any questions that may be of concern.
We do have the ability to do telehealth consults. If you fill out the patient registration, and obtain a panoramic x-ray dated within 6 months and we can set you up with an appointment remotely to move the process along.
We are excited to see you all as soon as possible and are eager to get back to doing what we love. Thank you for your understanding during this challenging time.
