I recently had an implant done within the last year. She did half of the job the hardware and previously recommended the smile center in Plymouth, which started out OK until this past year she did the hardware for the implant and Dr Chris at the smile center did the top part the crown of the implant and there is a large gap every time I eat food gets jammed in between their because the spacing is too large I complain to Dr Chris his secretary, said that that’s Louise Johnson‘s fault I went to see her. I made an appointment and she said oh that’s Dr Chris fault so they put fingers at each other and I started to talk about the other things that Dr Chris did to me ripping me off giving me a crown on a tooth I did not need it. She shut me up and said what are you doing here rudely if it was a guy I would’ve punched her in the head the way she talked to me. I know she’s a boxer but should probably kick my ass. I felt like saying didn’t your secretary tell you why I’m here I spent over $5000 on an implant that’s not right and you can’t listen to me for five minutes unless I’m spending a ton of money basically threw me out of there. I will not be going back there again. I think she has too much testosterone going on she’s very good at pulling teeth and stuff but personality needs a lot of work. Should never talk to a patient that just spent five grand on an implant like that what are you doing here? Why are you here? Doesn’t the receptionist tell the doctor why I’m there and shouldn’t the doctor. Listen to your problem. I will be taking Dr Chris to court she tried to make me feel bad about something that I shouldn’t have to spending all of that money if you’re gonna get an implant go to a facility that does it all there and that uses a laser camera for precision fitting the smile center does a differently with a gel foam mold, old-school cause he’s on the verge of retirement. He doesn’t want to buy any new equipment and only works one day a week and I only want there because she referred me to him, but she doesn’t wanna hear any of it so she won’t have to anymore I’m done with her.

The staff was very friendly and made you feel comfortable. Dr. Johnson was amazing! I had to call the next day to make sure they actually put the implant in because I had no pain.😂❤️
