I find Dr. An-Louise Johnson to be a highly skilled oral surgeon with a friendly attitude. We talked about Scituate and commuting briefly. Treatment started on time and the Novocain type pain killer had time to take effect, no rush. The Doctor offered ‘laughing gas’ beforehand but the anesthetic was administered by skilled hands relatively painlessly. I neglected my teeth for some time and Dr. Johnson had to remove two broken lower, a root tip and an entire lower molar. I couldn’t believe how quickly and painlessly they were extracted. I was almost ready to say, she must’ve missed one. Great outcome to a not-so-simple operation. Kerri the assistant helps out quite a lot during the procedure and she clearly explained the post surgery protocols for healing. For the record, I was in and out in about 28 minutes if my memory’s correct. I’m glad there are such excellent practitioners as Doctor Johnson on the South Shore. We’re very fortunate.
